Giubilesi & Associati (G&A) is actively committed to the continuous improvement of consultancy activities and specialized services addressed to public and private Clients in the food supply chain (production, processing, distribution, catering) and in the hospitality and wellness industries, aiming to enhance their business, promote and develop their offer, while improving quality and safety for workers and consumers.<\/p>\n

This Company Policy Document is an integral part of the Company\u2019s Integrated Management System and represents G&A\u2019s formal and public commitment to constantly pursue client satisfaction and consumer protection, environmental protection and workers\u2019 safety, as well as to foster gender equality in compliance with current laws and the standards set out in the Manual procedures.<\/p>\n

The management model is organized into integrated, traceable, and transparent processes that enhance performance efficiency for G&A and generate value for its Clients, protecting the reputation and image of businesses, as well as safeguarding workers and consumers.<\/p>\n

G&A Management is committed to promoting continuous training and upskilling of its employees and collaborators, in order to strengthen the human resources engaged in service delivery and improve the reliability of consulting and specialized services offered to Clients.<\/p>\n

G&A Management acknowledges that a responsible managerial and economic strategy, also addressing environmental issues, is essential to its own success and to that of its Clients; therefore, it is committed to promoting responsible consumption behaviors and cultural and technical-scientific actions aimed at mitigating any negative environmental impact.<\/p>\n

To achieve the objectives of the Company Policy, G&A Management has established the Quality System Group and identified, in the development of skills, in technological support to business processes, and in the multidisciplinary vision of services, the added value to be transferred to its Clients.<\/p>\n

G&A Management is committed to respecting human rights and personal dignity, to creating and fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, guided by a strong commitment to ethics, integrity, and non-discrimination.<\/p>\n

    ACCREDITATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In order to operate in the service of Public Interest and issue Training Certificates, a Private Operator must obtain Regional Accreditation based on specific requirements that guarantee its reputation and technical expertise, along with the health, hygiene, and safety compliance of the facilities where courses and seminars of any kind and level are delivered.<\/p>\n

    The Accreditation procedure, subject to periodic audits, is the act by which a Region certifies that the Operator meets higher organizational, managerial, and quality requirements, in compliance with Legislative Decree 231\/01 \u201cOrganizational, Management and Control Model\u201d<\/em> and with the standards of ISO 9001:2015 EA 37 Education.<\/p>\n

    Accreditation is also a necessary condition for access to Funding Calls and Service Tenders related to management systems, auditing, and quality and safety control, which impact the protection of businesses and the safeguarding of consumer and worker health. It requires trainers with proven experience, registered with Professional Orders, Qualification Registers, or Professional Associations.<\/p>\n
