Giubilesi & Associati (G&A) is actively committed to the continuous improvement of consultancy activities and specialized services addressed to public and private Clients in the food supply chain (production, processing, distribution, catering) and in the hospitality and wellness industries, aiming to enhance their business, promote and develop their offer, while improving quality and safety for workers and consumers.
This Company Policy Document is an integral part of the Company’s Integrated Management System and represents G&A’s formal and public commitment to constantly pursue client satisfaction and consumer protection, environmental protection and workers’ safety, as well as to foster gender equality in compliance with current laws and the standards set out in the Manual procedures.
The management model is organized into integrated, traceable, and transparent processes that enhance performance efficiency for G&A and generate value for its Clients, protecting the reputation and image of businesses, as well as safeguarding workers and consumers.
G&A Management is committed to promoting continuous training and upskilling of its employees and collaborators, in order to strengthen the human resources engaged in service delivery and improve the reliability of consulting and specialized services offered to Clients.
G&A Management acknowledges that a responsible managerial and economic strategy, also addressing environmental issues, is essential to its own success and to that of its Clients; therefore, it is committed to promoting responsible consumption behaviors and cultural and technical-scientific actions aimed at mitigating any negative environmental impact.
To achieve the objectives of the Company Policy, G&A Management has established the Quality System Group and identified, in the development of skills, in technological support to business processes, and in the multidisciplinary vision of services, the added value to be transferred to its Clients.

For this purpose, it has defined specific management procedures for activities that directly impact employee well-being and has established a Steering Committee to ensure the continuous application of the Gender Equality Policy.
Recognizing that the quality of performance and services offered to Clients significantly influences its reputation and market authority, and consequently profitability, G&A Management intends to apply and implement its Company Policy according to the following principles:

ensuring that the procedures of the Integrated Management System are known, implemented, and maintained at all organizational levels and that the system is periodically verified;

establishing profitable and long-lasting collaboration with Clients and Partners, providing them with products and services that are always fit for purpose, compliant with internal specifications, laws, and current regulations;

ensuring favorable working conditions for employees and collaborators by implementing occupational health and safety measures and promoting well-being and individual growth;

ensuring compliance with policies dedicated to maternity/paternity protection, work-life balance, initiatives that promote the acquisition of new skills for both individuals and the organization regardless of gender, gender pay equity, and the prevention of all forms of harassment;

guaranteeing an effective level of research, development, and innovation, exercising constant control over the application of the procedures referred to by the Integrated Management System;

ensuring that this document is available within the company and communicated to the public in appropriate venues.
In order to ensure a higher degree of managerial transparency and compliance with applicable regulations, particularly with respect to Public Administration and the Competent Authority, G&A has voluntarily adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, integrated into the Company’s Integrated Management System.
